I offer Reiki, Polarity, Massage and Koshonic Body Stress Release. Reiki is the foundation of my
practice and was the first of the healing modalities I learned. Reiki has help me understand the joy
of healing and using my gifts for helping people feel good about themselves so healing from within
can take place. After I completed my Reiki training in 2005 I started using Reiki to help people and
then I was given the chances to teach Reiki to a small group. Teaching Reiki to people and seeing
them use it to help themselves and others is brings a great joy to see. Yes I still do Reiki on others

Massage and Polarity came a few years later. I am starting out as a Massage therapist and a
Polarity therapist. Massage for me is a great tool to help people to unwind and help them
understand there bodies more by showing them how all the muscles in the body need to work
together to support the body to learn more about Massage please click the link below.
Polarity is a wonderful system as well and it help support the body as well by helping the energy of
our body to flow better and it does help the muscles by unwind and opening the muscles so they

Koshonic is my latest healing modality I have learned.  I am certified to do Ear Candling to learn

I teach Reiki and do offer Reiki to animals as I mentioned above. With pets I start it off as a 20
minute sessions I also offer the 20 minute sessions on humans as well.  My Fees for Teaching are
listed below.  For you convinces I have added the Health History Intake Form on the left.  Please
print and fill it out before you come for you appointment.  This will save you from filling it out when
you get here.  I will go over it with you when you come in for you appointment.  Thank you

First time clients will get $5.00 off any session that is 45 minutes or more.
A 10 minute foot soak can be added to any session that
is 45 minutes or longer for only $ 5.00
