Reiki is the foundation of my practice and was the first of the healing modalities I was trained in. Reiki has
helped me to understand the joy of healing and how using my gifts for healing has helped people feel good
about themselves, which promotes healing from within. In 2005, after completing my Reiki training, I began
using my skills to help others and providing small group instruction. Teaching Reiki to others and seeing
them use it to help themselves and others is a great joy to experience and provides great fulfillment to myself

Massaage and Polarity came a few years later as a natural progression to my Reiki training. A large portion
of my current clientele are massage and Polarity work. Massage is a great tool to help people unwind, relax,
and at the same time, understand their bodies and how the muscles of the body need to work together and

Polarity is a wonderful method which also helps support the body and mind by helping our energy flow in and
through our body, unwinding and opening the muscles, and clearing the senses. To learn more ~ please click

My most recent certifications are in Koshonic and Ear Candling. I am proud to add the Koshonic modality to
